We strive to provide customer service above and beyond expectations. During office hours, our phones are answered personally by our staff and not by an automated system. That personal touch continues with the greetings upon entering the office to the customer care throughout your visit.

Our office is decorated with cheerful and fun colors that are comforting to the young child yet do not make the older children feel out of place.

Although we are located in an area of retail shopping our large windows and exterior landscaping provide a relaxing garden like views of crape myrtles and other greenery for a relaxing visit.

Our reception area has video games to entertain prior to entering for their appointment. We also provide TV monitors in our reception area, as well as each dental treatment chair with child friendly shows. Most children are unaware that the appointment is complete and ask if they can stay a little while longer.

Our digital radiography (x-rays) technology minimizes the child’s exposure to radiation in comparison to conventional x-ray equipment. The images can be viewed and enlarged on our computer monitors. The children are excited to see the picture of their teeth on the screen.

We have a child friendly video system specifically designed to educate and inform the patient and parent about our procedures, including tooth brushing, flossing, as well as a visit to the dentist. Even examples and explanations of the procedures that we perform are all available at the click of a mouse at every treatment location.

When treatment is necessary the majority of our patients can be comfortably treated in our office. We offer nitrous oxide relaxation for the comfort of your child. There are some patients including the very young child, the extremely fearful child, as well as special needs children that may require alternatives to provide care. Our outpatient hospital care provides the ability to complete these extensive dental needs.

We believe in prevention and not just treatment. We encourage early visits and recommend that your child be evaluated for their first visit as soon as their first teeth erupt. This provides us the opportunity to educate our parents on proper oral health care and prevention from the very first tooth.
